Kay Tita – Lean Design Thinking Process

Understanding the customer

I was hired to help create a design thinking framework around customer understanding for a new co-working space being offered in Haiti.   Focus was spent on who the client’s customers where, what their problems were and how Kay Tita could help.

We used both a lean thinking process and a design thinking process to design with the customer in mind as well as collecting information to help create a sustainable, design based solution.

We are now using the lean canvas to interview different customers and correct their solution.
